I am so in love with this beautiful flower crown and it only cost me a mere £3.50 from this seller on eBay. It was even packaged with such care and attention, that I highly recommend them and their handmade items. I've wanted an "over-the-top" flower crown for a while now. I usually buy the dainty, little ones from festivals but I've never seen a magnificent one like this being sold there. When I discovered this flower crown for such a reasonable price I just could not refuse! Although, I don't think I will be able to get away with wearing it around Southampton, it's perfect for dress-up or next summer's festival season! The crown reminded me of this shoot with Lana Del Rey (hence the blog title):

Unfortunately, I am no where near as beautiful as her, but I absolutely adore her image. It's so beautiful and she has an air of 1950's Hollywood glamour. On top of that she also holds a lovely voice, I suggest you listen to her here.

The waistcoat was a present from a couple of Christmases ago from my boyfriend. This is going to be my fourth Christmas with him now! I wanted to mix something a bit harsher with the floral garland and lace dress and I think this studded waistcoat works wonderfully.

I believe this is just the start to an impressive collection of flower crowns!
