Morning is mocking me

These are the shoes that all my dreams put together are made of! I have a pretty outrageous shoe collection but I think it's safe to say these come out on top! I've always been skeptical of heel-less shoes and just how practical they are to walk in, but these shoes have put all of my doubts to bed. I don't understand the science of it or how on earth they do it, but they're just as easy to walk in as a normal wedge! In fact they're so comfortable to walk in that I potter around the house in them and managed to tidy my bedroom whilst wearing them the other day. I'm living the glamourous life! Missikon have an absolutely beautiful collection of shoes at affordable prices, for example the studded beauties I'm wearing today are only £28. I feel like I should be walking down a runway or attending a ridiculously important party in the West End of London, but the reality is I'm wearing them doing the housework or at my usual Saturday night haunt.

A couple of weeks ago I won a very generous giveaway held by Sophie over at Crown & Glory. This dainty flower crown was one of the prizes in the package. It seemed to match perfectly with the dress I'm wearing today! A flower garland can turn around an entire outfit making it that extra special and whimsical. The turquoise tooth necklace I'm wearing was gifted to me by Tentative Decisions. Keep an eye out as I'll be posting about their treasures very soon! I've recently become obsessed with Boardwalk Empire and I've convinced myself I was born into the wrong era and that I was supposed to be a 1920's flapper showgirl in America. I'm also convinced that I'm supposed to marry Vincent Piazza or a Sicilian born, New York based gangster at least.
