Let's Take Our Precious Time About It

I couldn't wait to show you my new favourite skirt that arrived just yesterday! Don't get me wrong, I love the tapestry cat trend that's everywhere at the moment (I even have a tapestry kitten bag!), but I've always been more of a 'dog person'. I suppose you could put that down to growing up in a home where we fostered abandoned dogs as well as owning our own loveable pet pooches. When I saw the lovely Lucy was offering a dog as well as cat version of her handmade skirts on her online store, Champagne Diamond, I ordered one without hesitation! I'm so glad I did, because it's instantly become one of my wardrobe favourites!

This white, chiffon blouse was sent to me by Glamorous. It has spiked, silver, stud detailing on the shoulder, which juxtaposes perfectly with the feminine sheer chiffon. I have a serious lack of plain, unpatterned tops, so I welcomed it with open arms as it'll pretty much go with any of my patterned skirts. You may have noticed I've had my fringe cut back in. I think I'm generally happier with my hair when I have a fringe as it doesn't take too much styling in the morning. I'm booked in for a full haircut next week, which absolutely terrifies me because I've spent so much time in trying to grow my hair! However, the ends of my hair are starting to look a little worse for wear. Hopefully, the hairdresser will be kind to me and not hack too much away!
