This adorable little black dress with heart cut out detailing was sent to me by Fashion Culprit. It's such a simple yet versatile dress, and I love how well the heart cut out works with this patterned, red, velvet blouse. I must admit, I almost feel as if I'm dressed ready for my first day back at school with the combination of the pinafore style dress and my metallic gold satchel! The fabric of this dress is so thick and comfy, which makes it perfect for the chilly winter nights that have crept up on us!
I bought this blouse a few weeks ago when I had what can only be called a 'charity shop mega haul'. I love the flocked, swirly patterning on it and the dress seems to break up the patterning nicely. All this outfit seems to be missing is a chunky, plain black, leather belt around the waist, which I don't actually own! Unbelievably, it seems I'm due for another fringe trim already as I'm struggling to see! It's only been two weeks since I got it cut back in. I suppose I should see this as a positive as it's clear that my hair is obviously growing rather quickly! Mermaid hair, you shall be mine!
Love this dress with the shirt! I'd never thought about that before. Your hair is so perfect xo
ReplyDeleteThat blouse is lovely and I can't believe the satchel is primark! What a great outfit!
